you will be completely satisfied with our services, however, if during the initial 30 days
you feel you are not comfortable with our relationship, you may request a refund of your
money.
As with all guarantees, there is some fine
print, so please review the following before soliciting our services:
The 30 day period begins on the first day of
service and ends 30 calendar days after that date.
Requests for refunds must be received in
writing via e-mail of fax prior to the last day of the guarantee period.
The refund does not include set-up
fees, the InterNIC fee or the first month of hosting.
Refunds will be processed upon request and can
be expected within 60 days after the initial request date.
