Panache servers are monitored 24/7 by independent, sophisticated
programs which detect and resolve technical issues within seconds. In the
event a technical problem arises, our IDMS (Intelligent
Distributed Monitoring System) diagnosis the problem and attempts to
recover automatically. In the case the recovery fails, the faulty server is automatically rebooted.
In any case, a member of our staff is paged to verify the process was successful. We are
